Shipping and Returns
- Thanks for choosing us for your personalized product purchase.
- For Music CDs, Story Book CDs, and Name Poems, we process the order for shipping within 5 to 7 days or sooner, if possible. For other items (Wall Clocks, Singing Alarm Clocks, Singing Plush Animals), please allow 11 to 14 days for shipping.
- Upon receipt of the payment, all items are shipped via UPS.
- We offer insurance on all packages, so please contact us at: info@jukeboxswontario.com if you have not received your order within 10 business days.
- We do not accept returns due to the nature of the personalized purchase. We do, however, offer exchanges if we misspelled the name or the pronunciation was wrong. Please contact us at: orders@jukeboxswontario.com if you need to exchange your item.
